SETTING THE TONE FOR 2011.....

We’re setting the tone on 2011 by combining forces and sharing our individual gifts and expertise to our clients and the South Carolina Real Estate market.  Amanda Gallup and Nancy Siau have formed a team, Gallup-Siau Sales Team and are excited about the future!

Here’s a bit of scoop on each of us:

Amanda Cribb Gallup is not only a local, she’s a native of Pawleys Island.  Growing up within walking distance to her family business, Pawleys Supply is one of her favorite memories of her lowcountry heritage.  Being a Waccamaw Warrior and marrying into another local family, The Gallups, was icing on the cake.  Amanda’s love for our area has created a passion for photography and she’s happy to share this with her real estate clients through Amanda Gallup Photography.  All of our team listings will feature her professional photography and her skilled eye for creating an appealing presentation, whether it is with photographs or through her 360 virtual tours.

Nancy Stevens Siau is also a local, her family has deep roots to South Carolina and all are residents of the Grand Strand.  As a graduate of Winyah High School and growing up in Georgetown she’s witnessed many changes that  have been exciting,  yet she still appreciates the character and wants to preserve this wonderful coastal lifestyle.  Nancy offers her clients an understanding of finance and a great business sense along with the multiple marketing and advertising skills she acquired through her career in marketing.  She knows that each transaction is unique and brings challenges that require individual solutions.  By being creative and approachable she’s offers her clients solutions that close deals!
